复方中药替代抗生素对肉鸡生长性能及肠道健康的影响研究OA
Effects of Compound Traditional Chinese Medicine as an Antibiotic Alternative on Growth Performance and Intestinal Health in Broilers
为研究三种复方中药(A、B、C)作为抗生素替代品对肉鸡生长性能及肠道健康的改善效果.试验选取500 只1 日龄AA 白羽肉鸡,随机分为空白对照组、中药 A 组、中药 B 组、中药 C 组和抗生素对照组(盐酸环丙沙星),进行为期42 d 的饲养试验.结果表明:复方中药 C 组在21 日龄时体重较对照组显著提高14.9%(P<0.05),料重比降低9.3%,与抗生素组效果相当;肠道健康方面,中药 B组和C 组的回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度比值(V/C)分别提高48.7%和41.8%,且中药组显著增加了肠道有益菌(如Alistipes 和Faecalibacterium)的丰度.本研究证实,三种复方中药制剂A、B、C 能改善生长性能和调节肠道菌群,其促生长效果与盐酸环丙沙星相当,可为后续中兽药替抗产品开发提供依据.
To evaluate the growth-promoting and intestinal-health-improving effects of three compound traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formulations(A,B,C)as antibiotic alternatives in broilers.A total of 500 one-day-old Arbor Acres(AA)broilers were randomly allotted to blank control(CON),TCM-A,TCM-B,TCM-C,and antibiotic control(ANT;ciprofloxacin hydrochloride).The 42-day feeding trial was conducted under conventional management.Compared with CON,birds in the TCM-C group exhibited a 14.9%higher body weight at 21 d(P<0.05)and a9.3%lower feed conversion ratio(FCR),which was comparable to the ANT group.With respect to intestinal health,the ileal villus height/crypt depth(V/C)ratio was increased by 48.7%and 41.8%in TCM-B and TCM-C groups,respectively.In addition,TCM supplementation significantly enriched the abundance of beneficial bacteria such as Alistipes and Faecalibacterium.The three TCM formulations A,B,and C can effectively enhance growth performance and modulate intestinal microbiota,with TCM-C achieving a growth-promoting efficacy equivalent to ciprofloxacin hydrochloride.These findings provide a scientific basis for the future development of TCM-based antibiotic substitutes in veterinary medicine.
