新疆杏叶片表型与光合性状多样性分析及综合评价OA

Analysis of diversity and comprehensive evaluation of leaf phenotypic and photosynthetic traits of apricots in Xinjiang

以46份新疆杏种质为研究对象,测定12个叶片形态指标和5个光合参数,利用变异系数、聚类分析、主成分分析和相关性分析对其进行多样性分析及综合评价,为新疆杏资源的保护与良种选育提供依据.研究表明:17个叶片性状变异系数为9.9%~49.4%,且光合性状变异高于形态性状;聚类分析将种质划分为3个类群,类群Ⅰ的叶片厚度和干重显著高于类群Ⅱ和类群Ⅲ;主成分分析共提取到5个主成分,累计贡献率为84.496%;通过综合评价指标,筛选出3份综合性状特异或优良的新疆杏种质(110、91、105);光合性能指数(PIabs)等12个指标与综合得分极显著相关,可以作为评价新疆杏种质资源的重要指标.新疆杏叶片性状遗传变异丰富,通过综合性状评价筛选出的优良种质为新疆地区杏种质的抗旱育种与资源利用提供了科学依据.

Taking 46 apricot germplasms from Xinjiang as the research objects,12 leaf morphological indicators and 5 photosynthetic parameters were measured.Diversity analysis and comprehensive evaluation were carried out using coefficient of variation,cluster analysis,principal component analysis and correlation analysis to provide a basis for the protection of apricot resources in Xinjiang and the selection of improved varieties.The results showed that the coefficients of variation of 17 leaf traits ranged from 9.9%to 49.4%,and the variation of photosynthetic traits was higher than that of morphological traits.Cluster analysis divided the germplasms into 3 groups,and the leaf thickness and dry weight of group Ⅰ were significantly higher than those of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ.Five principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,with a cumulative contribution rate of 84.496%.Through the comprehensive evaluation index,3 apricot germplasm resources from Xinjiang(110,91,105)with specific or excellent comprehensive traits were screened out.Twelve indicators such as the photosynthetic performance index(PIabs)were significantly correlated with the comprehensive score and could be used as important indicators for evaluating apricot germplasm resources in Xinjiang.There is rich genetic variation in the leaf traits of apricots in Xinjiang.The excellent germplasms screened through the comprehensive trait evaluation provide a scientific basis for the drought-resistant breeding and resource utilization of apricot germplasms in Xinjiang.
