5种矮化中间砧对瑞雪苹果叶片矿质营养的影响OA
Effects of five dwarfing interstocks on the mineral nutrition of'Ruixue'apple leaves
以青砧1号为基砧,分别以M9T337、JM7、SH38、SC1、G935为矮化中间砧,嫁接瑞雪苹果,探讨5种矮化中间砧对瑞雪叶片矿质营养的影响.对叶片大量元素N、P、K,中量元素Ca、Mg及微量元素Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、B的含量进行分析,评估5种中间砧对瑞雪叶片矿质营养的吸收特性.结果表明,以JM7为中间砧的瑞雪N、P、K、Ca、Mg等的含量明显高于以其他为中间砧的,以SH38为中间砧的瑞雪B含量最高.相关性分析结果显示,N、P、Mg、Cu、Mn、B等元素间存在显著正相关,尤其是Mg与Mn(r=0.884)、Cu与B(r=0.676)相关性明显,而Ca和Fe与其他元素相关性较弱.综上,以JM7为中间砧有利于提高瑞雪对矿质养分的吸收,以SH38为中间砧则有利于改善B营养.研究结果为瑞雪砧木筛选及科学施肥提供了理论依据.
Using'Qingzhen 1'as the rootstock and'M9T337','JM7','SH38','SC1',and'G935'as dwarfing interstocks respectively,'Ruixue'apples were grafted to explore the effects of the five dwarfing interstocks on the mineral nutrition of'Ruixue'leaves.The contents of macro-elements N,P,K,medium-elements Ca,Mg and trace elements Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,B in the leaves were analyzed to evaluate the absorption characteristics of the five interstocks for the mineral nutrition of'Ruixue'leaves.The results showed that the contents of N,P,K,Ca,Mg,etc.of'Ruixue'with'JM7'as the interstock were significantly higher than those with other interstocks,and the B content of'Ruixue'with'SH38'as the interstock was the highest.Correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlations among elements such as N,P,Mg,Cu,Mn,B,especially the correlations between Mg and Mn(r=0.884)and between Cu and B(r=0.676)were obvious,while the correlations between Ca,Fe and other elements were weak.In conclusion,using'JM7'as the interstock was beneficial to improving the absorption of mineral nutrients by'Ruixue',and using'SH38'as the interstock was beneficial to improving B nutrition.This study provides a theoretical basis for the selection of'Ruixue'rootstocks and scientific fertilization.
