Research progress on rapid propagation technology of pomegranate tissue culture
根据国内外相关文献,梳理了石榴组织培养快繁技术中外植体的选择、诱导培养、增殖培养、生根培养、炼苗移栽等方面的研究进展,分析了石榴组织培养快繁常见的问题及解决措施,以期为将来石榴组织培养快繁技术的深入研究提供理论依据和技术参考.
Based on relevant domestic and foreign literature,this paper summarizes the research progress in the aspects of explant selection,induction culture,proliferation culture,rooting culture,acclimatization and transplantation in the rapid tissue culture and propagation of pomegranate.It also analyzes the common problems and corresponding solutions in the rapid tissue culture and propagation of pomegranate,aiming to provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the in-depth research on the rapid tissue culture and propagation technology of pomegranate in the future.
