生物科学专业植物学课程进阶式"理实能"三层驱动教学探索OA

植物学课程是生物科学专业人才培养中的第一门核心专业基础课,是强化理论和实践知识的纽带.针对大一新生学习特点,在教学中发现有些学生"吃不饱",而有些学生"吃不下",大部分学生对所学的核心知识、重要概念和关键能力的"保质期"不够持久、高阶思维难建立、学习动力难持续、课程教学资源利用不充分等痛点问题.该文以河池学院生物科学专业为例,植物学教学从"心"出发,打造进阶式"理实能"三层驱动教学模式,以 OBE 理念为指导,采取重构教学内容、多维度融合教学资源、针对性指导、全员参与合作探究,借助多元多样化评价体系,激发学生学习进阶动力,确保课程教学质量.学生学习效果持续提升,育人成效显著,达到符合专业培养要求、教学相长的目的,具有普适性和推广性.

Botany is the first core basic course in the talent training of biological science majors,serving as a link between theoretical and practical knowledge.In view of the learning characteristics of freshmen,some problems have been identified in teaching,some students are"unsatisfied"with the current teaching,while others find it"too difficult to digest".Most students also suffer from short"retention periods"of core knowledge,important concepts and key abilities,difficulties in developing higher-order thinking,unsustainable learning motivation,and inadequate utilization of teaching resources.Taking the biological science major at Hechi University as an example,this paper introduces a progressive teaching model driven by three layers,i.e.theory,practice and ability,starting from the"heart"of botany teaching.Guided by the OBE(Outcomes-Based Education)concept,reforms are implemented including reconstructing teaching content,integrating multi-dimensional teaching resources,providing targeted guidance,and promoting participatory cooperative inquiry.With the support of a diversified evaluation system,the progressive learning motivation of students is stimulated,the quality of course teaching is guaranteed,and students'learning effects are continuously improved.Remarkable results have been achieved in talent cultivation,meeting the requirements of professional training and realizing the goal of mutual development between teaching and learning.The model is universal and worthy of promotion.
