新乡贤参与乡村文化振兴的角色定位及其实现路径研究OA

Rural cultural revitalization is a soul-building project for comprehensive rural revitalization.As an important force in rural society,new rural talent has irreplaceable contemporary value in the revitalization of rural culture.new rural talent is a wise person who cares about the countryside,is virtuous and talented,and feeds back on the mulberry.He plays multiple roles such as inheritors,builders,promoters and nurturists in the practice of rural cultural revitalization.At present,new rural talents'participation in the revitalization of rural culture still faces many practical difficulties at the aspects of the internality of the subject,the rural environment,and the external support system,which restricts the full play of their role.To this end,we can build a realization path from four aspects:strengthening the cultivation of subjects,building collaborative mechanisms,innovating practical models,and improving the support system,so as to promote the standardized and orderly participation of new township sages in rural cultural construction.
