基于复杂适应系统理论的职业教育赋能江苏省乡村产业多元化机制研究OA

Rural industrial diversification is a key pathway to achieving rural revitalization across the board,with vocational education playing an important empowering role.Based on complex adaptive system theory,this study constructs a coupling and coordination framework between vocational education and rural industrial diversification,and deeply analyzes the mechanism by which vocational education empowers rural industrial diversification in Jiangsu Province.The research findings indicate that vocational education achieves comprehensive empowerment of rural industrial diversification through four dimensions:talent supply driving,technology innovation diffusion,information service support,and network collaborative integration.Jiangsu Province has formed a collaborative evolution model of"talent cultivation-technical services-industrial development,"but the matching degree between professional settings and industrial needs,the depth of industry-education integration,and regional development balance still need improvement.The study proposes optimization strategies including responsive professional structure adjustment and embedded industry-education integration deepening,networked multi-stakeholder linkage,and systematic policy support.
