乡村振兴战略背景下大学生返乡就业创业的困境与发展路径研究OA

The in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has created a broad platform for college students to return to rural areas for employment and entrepreneurship.As a vital force in rural development in the new era,college students'willingness and practice of returning home for employment and entrepreneurship directly determine the effectiveness of talent revitalization in rural areas.Based on survey data collected from 470 college students regarding their employment and entrepreneurship in rural areas,this paper systematically analyzes the current characteristics and core difficulties they face.By drawing on the practices of outstanding young representatives in rural revitalization such as Yang Lyushi and Lai Jiayi,this study summarizes their successful experience and practical implications.Targeted development paths are proposed from four dimensions:government,universities,society and college students themselves,so as to solve the difficulties of college students returning to rural areas and encourage more young people to take root in and serve rural construction.
