数智时代产教融合理念下"双创"型新农科人才培养模式探索OA
在数智化转型与乡村振兴战略双重驱动下,新农科建设对兼具创新能力与创业精神的复合型农林人才需求日益凸显.针对当前涉农专业人才培养中存在的与产业需求脱节、实践教学体系薄弱、"双创"意识培育不足等突出问题,该文从深化产教融合、优化课程体系、升级实践平台、加强师资建设、创新育人理念 5 个层面,系统探索了"双创"型新农科人才培养的新路径.实践应用表明,该模式能够有效提升大学生的实践操作能力与"双创"综合素养,显著增强人才培养质量与行业需求的匹配度,提升"双创"型新农科人才的培养质量.
Driven by the dual forces of digital and intelligent transformation,as well as the rural revitalization strategy,the demand for composite agricultural and forestry talents possessing both innovation capabilities and entrepreneurial spirit has become increasingly prominent in the construction of new agricultural sciences.In response to the prominent issues in the current cultivation of agricultural professionals,such as disconnection from industry needs,weak practical teaching system,and insufficient cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,this study systematically explores a new path for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in new agricultural sciences from five aspects:deepening industry-education integration,optimizing the curriculum system,upgrading practical platforms,strengthening faculty development,and innovating educational concepts.Practical application has shown that this model can effectively enhance college students'practical operation abilities,as well as comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship qualities,improve the matching degree between talent cultivation quality and industry needs,and enhance the cultivation quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in new agricultural sciences.
