工科高校农业类专业青年教师课程思政教育教学能力提升路径OA

This paper aims to explore ways to improve the ideological and political education teaching capabilities of young teachers majoring in agriculture in engineering universities in order to cope with the practical challenges they face in teaching practice.In view of the current outstanding problems such as weak awareness,single methods,and insufficient integration of young teachers majoring in agriculture in the field of ideological and political courses,this paper puts forward a set of systematic improvement strategies from strengthening theoretical learning,building teaching systems,innovating teaching methods,improving practical capabilities,improving evaluation mechanisms and promoting resource construction.The implementation of this path can effectively enhance teachers'ideological and political education capabilities,promote the organic integration of professional knowledge transfer and value guidance,and provide solid support for cultivating new engineering talents who know and love agriculture.Future research needs to continue to pay attention to the dynamic development and differentiated practice of curriculum-based ideological and political education in order to continuously improve the improvement path.
