The key to rural revitalization lies in people.As a group with both spatial mobility and emotional roots,young rural talents play multiple roles in promoting rural economic development,inheriting local culture,and enhancing the integration of urban-rural relations in rural revitalization across the board.However,there also arise problems such as unstable role,insufficient team collaboration,and poor platform operation.It is urgent to strengthen the leadership of the Party committee and government,build an organizational system for young rural talents to devote themselves to rural revitalization across the board,smooth the operating mechanism of their organizations,improve the incentive and guarantee mechanism for them to devote themselves to rural revitalization across the board,and improve their stability and sustainability to devote themselves to rural revitalization across the board,in order to help them better participate in rural revitalization across the board.
