A省地市级农科院科研副产品管理实践与优化路径分析OA

As the country increases its support for agricultural science and technology innovation,scientific research activities of prefecture-level academy of agricultural sciences have become increasingly active,and the number of scientific research by-products has increased sharply.Such products are characterized by strong regional nature,short loss cycles,and large value differences.Whether management is standardized or not directly affects scientific research performance and the safety of state-owned assets.This paper takes some prefecture-level Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Province A as research sample and,combined with inspection and rectification practices,systematically analyzes the current management problems of disjointed systems,lax implementation,insufficient coordination and low informatization level,and finally puts forward optimization suggestions from aspects such as classified management,digital empowerment,financial regulations,and collaboration mechanisms,in order to provide reference for local institutes in the management of scientific research by-products.
