乡村全面振兴视域下高校图书馆服务农家书屋的长效机制研究OA

Against the backdrop of rural revitalization,cultural revitalization is of critical importance.As core carriers of rural public cultural services,rural libraries are plagued by problems such as slow resource renewal,monotonous services,and inadequate management.University libraries,equipped with abundant literature resources,professional talents,and advanced technologies,possess inherent advantages in supporting rural libraries.The cooperation between the two sides serves as an effective way for universities to fulfill their social responsibilities and narrow the urban-rural cultural gap.However,existing cooperation is challenged by fragmented models,weak coordination mechanisms,superficial service content,and the lack of incentive and evaluation mechanisms.From five dimensions,namely establishing a multi-level linked institutional collaborative governance mechanism,building a demand-oriented targeted resource co-construction and sharing mechanism,implementing a capacity-based embedded professional service empowerment mechanism,expanding a diversified and complementary sustainable resource guarantee mechanism,and improving a result-driven scientific evaluation and dynamic adjustment mechanism,this paper proposes approaches to constructing a long-term mechanism,providing references for boosting rural cultural revitalization.
