过敏性疾病是由免疫球蛋白E(IgE)介导的机体对抗原产生的异常免疫反应性疾病.其发病机制与2型免疫反应过度激活及免疫耐受失衡密切相关.肠道菌群作为黏膜免疫系统的核心组成部分,通过"肠道-皮肤轴","肠道-肺轴"等机制动态调控全身免疫稳态.其紊乱是诱发和加速过敏进程的关键因素.而益生菌作为过敏性疾病的辅助治疗方案,主要通过重塑肠道菌群结构、增强肠道屏障功能、调控菌群代谢产物及平衡Th1/Th2免疫应答等多靶点机制发挥作用.本文系统阐述肠道菌群失衡与过敏性疾病进程的相关性,重点探讨了其在过敏性疾病进程中的免疫调节作用及益生菌干预肠道菌群稳态调控疾病进程的治疗潜力.

Allergic diseases are disorders in which the body,mediated by immunoglobulin E(IgE),exhibits abnormal immune responses against antigens.Their pathogenesis is closely related to the excessive acti-vation of type 2 immune responses and the imbalance of immune tolerance.The gut microbiota,as the core component of the mucosal immune system,dynamically regulates the systemic immune homeostasis through mechanisms such as the"gut-skin axis"and"gut-lung axis".Its disorder is a key factor in inducing and ac-celerating the allergic process.Probiotics,as an adjunctive treatment for allergic diseases,mainly exert their effects through multiple target mechanisms such as reshaping the structure of the gut microbiota,enhancing the intestinal barrier function,regulating the metabolic products of the microbiota,and balancing the Th1/Th2 im-mune responses.This article systematically elaborates on the correlation between gut microbiota imbalance and the progression of allergic diseases,focusing on the immunoregulatory role therein and the therapeutic potential of probiotics in restoring gut microbiota homeostasis to regulate disease progression.
