Chimeric antigen receptor T(CAR-T)cell therapy has become a revolutionary approach in tumor immunotherapy.In recent years,CAR therapy has shown therapeutic potential in the treatment of autoim-mune diseases.This article introduces the application of CAR-T and CAR-related therapies in autoimmune dis-eases,emphasizing that improving the safety,efficacy,durability,and cost reduction of CAR-T therapy is an important goal for future research.
