生物制剂在IgG4相关性疾病治疗中的应用进展OA

IgG4-related disease(IgG4-RD)is a chronic autoimmune condition of unclear etiology,characterized by significantly elevated serum IgG4 levels,and often accompanied by extensive infiltration of lymphocytes and IgG4-positive plasma cells,as well as fibrosis,in affected tissues and organs.Compared with traditional steroid therapy,biologic agents offer advantages,such as greater treatment specificity,improved safety and efficacy,and less side effects.However,the use of biologic agents in the treatment of IgG4-RD re-mains in the exploratory stage.This article summarizes and analyzes the mechanisms of action and clinical effi-cacy of biologic agents in IgG4-RD.
