家庭管理资源量表在系统性红斑狼疮患者家庭中的修订与信效度检验OA
Revision and reliability test of the Family Management Resource Scale in families of pa-tients with systemic lupus erythematosus
目的 基于系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者的特征和家庭背景,对中文版家庭管理资源量表进行修订,检验其信效度.方法 在中文版家庭管理资源量表的基础上,通过文献研究、课题组讨论、专家函询、预调查,形成SLE患者家庭管理资源量表.2023年10月-2024年9月,便利抽取138例系统性红斑狼疮患者家庭进行问卷调查,检验量表的信度和效度.结果 修订后的系统红斑狼疮患者家庭管理资源量表中,各条目的高低分组的临界比值均P＜0.05,条目与总分的相关系数为0.519～0.842;内容效度结果表明全体一致性水平内容效度指数为0.959和单条目内容效度指数为0.875～1.000;探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为63.253％;验证性因子结果显示模型拟合度良好;聚合效度和组合信度均达到良好标准.总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.968.结论 修订后的系统红斑狼疮患者家庭管理资源量表信效度良好,为未来评估我国系统性红斑狼疮患者家庭资源管理状况提供了一个可行而有效的测量工具.
Objective To revise the Chinese version of the Family Management Resources Scale based on the characteristics and family backgrounds of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,and to examine its reliability and validity.Method Based on the Chinese version of the Family Management Resource Scale(FMRS),the FMRS for SLE patients were developed through literature review,group discussion,expert cor-respondence,and pre-experimentation.From October 2023 to September 2024,a convenience sample of 138 families of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus was recruited for a questionnaire to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results For the revised FMRS of SLE patients,the critical ratios of high and low group-ings of each entry were all statistically significant(P＜0.05),and the correlation coefficients of the entries and the total scores ranged from 0.519 to 0.842.The content validity results showed that the content validity in-dices of the single entries ranged from 0.875 to 1.000,and the content validity index of the whole consistency level was 0.959.Exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factors,accounting for 63.253％of the cu-mulative variance.The validation factor results showed a good model fit.Both the aggregated validity and com-bined reliability met the good standard.The Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the aggregate scale was 0.968.Conclusions The revised FMRS for SLE patients has good reliability and validity,providing a feasible and effective measurement tool for future assessment of the status of family resource management for SLE pa-tients in China.
