Advances in clinical application of middle ear resonance frequency
中耳共振频率是反映中耳系统中力学特性和机械特性的关键参数,在临床上具有重要意义.本文结合现有临床研究对中耳共振频率在中耳疾病如耳硬化症、分泌性中耳炎,以及内耳疾病如梅尼埃病等诊断中的应用价值进行综述.探讨中耳共振频率的定义、影响因素,以及在宽频声导抗技术下中耳共振频率的相关研究进展.以期为临床中全面诊治相关疾病提供参考.
The middle ear resonance frequency is a key parameter that reflects the mechanical properties of the middle ear system and holds significant clinical importance.This article reviews the value of middle ear resonance frequency in diagnosis of middle ear diseases such as otosclerosis and otitis media with effusion,as well as in inner ear diseases such as Meniere's disease,based on existing clinical studies.It also discusses the definition,influencing factors,and research progress of the middle ear resonance frequency measured using wideband acoustic immittance technology.The aim is to provide a comprehensive basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.
