彭清华基于"五脏相关"理论治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的辨治思路OA

国医大师邓铁涛在"五行学说"基础上提出的"五脏相关"理论,深刻揭示了中医学整体联动、脏腑相关的核心内涵,是对传统中医理论的创新与发展.视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿(RVO-ME)为临床常见眼底病并发症,起病急骤,视力损伤显著,现代医学虽广泛采用眼内注药,但仍有部分患者反复治疗后效果欠佳.彭清华传承邓老学术思想,基于"五脏相关"理论,灵活运用活血利水法辨治RVO-ME,取得了良好临床疗效.本文旨在传承发扬"五脏相关"理论,系统阐释该理论在RVO-ME病机分析及治疗中的指导价值,并结合典型验案1则加以佐证,以期为RVO-ME的中医辨治提供有益参考.
The"five Zang-organ interconnection"theory,proposed by Chinese medicine master DENG Tietao on the basis of the"five Elements"theory,profoundly reveals the core connotation of holistic interconnection and viscera interaction in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),representing an innovation and development of classical TCM theory.Macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion(RVO-ME)is a common complication of clinical fundus diseases,characterized by rapid onset and significant visual impairment.Although intravitreal injection is widely used in modern medicine,some patients still show poor response after repeated treatments.PENG Qinghua,inheriting the academic thoughts of Master DENG Tietao,flexibly applies the method of activating blood and promoting diuresis based on the"five Zang-organ interconnection"theory in the treatment of RVO-ME,achieving satisfactory clinical efficacy.This article aims to inherit and develop the"five Zang-organ interconnection"theory,systematically elucidating its guiding value in the pathogenesis analysis and treatment of RVO-ME,and providing supporting evidence with one typical medical record,so as to offer a useful reference for the TCM differentiation and treatment of RVO-ME.
