"圆运动"视域下急性胰腺炎的辨治探析OA

This paper discusses acute pancreatitis from the perspective of"circular movement".It is considered that the core pathogenesis of its occurrence and development is middle jiao stagnation,stagnation of the ascending axis of"spleen-liver-heart",obstruction of the descending axis of"stomach-lung-gallbladder-kidney",disorder of ascending and descending,and stagnation of the four-dimensional rotation.The treatment focuses on valuing the spleen and stomach and regulating the four dimensions.Under the theory of"circular movement",the clinical diag-nosis and treatment mode combining"disease-syndrome-symptom"is adopted to realize simultaneous treatment of disease and syndrome,so as to provide more ideas and references for clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis.At the same time,one medical case is attached at the end of the paper for clinical reference.
