数字化转型对渔业碳排放强度的影响研究OA

The impact of digital transformation on carbon emission intensity in the fisheries sector

降低碳排放强度、推动渔业经济绿色转型,已成为中国渔业发展的必然方向.在此背景下,探究数字化转型对渔业碳排放强度的影响,具有重要的现实意义与研究价值.本研究运用2012-2022年中国27个省级面板数据,系统测度各省(市、区)渔业数字化水平,实证分析数字化转型对渔业碳排放强度的影响,引入面板门槛模型,以环境规制强度为门槛变量,探究不同规制场景下数字化转型影响效果的异质性.研究发现,渔业数字化转型降低了渔业碳排放强度,且减排效应呈现区域差异特征;环境规制强度与数字化减排效果呈非线性关系,适度规制能强化技术赋能效应,而过度规制将因合规成本攀升削弱减排绩效.基于此,需要加快渔业数字化转型以降低碳排放强度,根据区域实际情况促进数字化转型的减排效果,为渔业绿色可持续发展注入动力.

Reducing carbon emission intensity and promoting the green transformation of the fishery economy have become the inevitable direction for the development of China's fishery industry.Against this backdrop,exploring the impact of digital transformation on the carbon emission intensity of the fishery industry holds significant practical and research value.Based on panel data from 27 Chinese provinces spanning 2012-2022,this study systematically measures regional fisheries digitalization levels and empirically analyzes the effect of digital transformation on fisheries carbon emission intensity.A panel threshold model is introduced,using environmental regulation intensity as the threshold variable,to explore the heterogeneity of digital transformation's impact under different regulatory scenarios.The findings reveal that:Fisheries digital transformation effectively reduces carbon emission intensity,with notable regional disparities in mitigation effects;The relationship between environmental regulation intensity and digital emission reduction performance exhibits a nonlinear pattern-moderate regulation enhances technological empowerment effects,while excessive regulation may weaken emission reduction outcomes due to escalating compliance costs.This study underscores the necessity to accelerate digital transformation in fisheries for carbon mitigation,advocate regionally tailored strategies to optimize digital emission reduction benefits,and provide policy insights for advancing green and sustainable development in the fisheries sector.
