耐心资本对涉海企业创新泡沫的影响研究OA

As the core entities of the marine economy,maritime enterprises'innovation ac tivities serve as a crucial support for enhancing their competitiveness and achieving sustainable deve lopment,as well as the core driving force for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the mar ine industry.Leveraging patient capital to promote the innovation capacity of Marine industry is an important way to realize the high-quality transformation and upgrading of Marine economy.Based on the micro data of marine-related listed enterprises from 2008 to 2023,this paper explores the impact of patient capital on the innovation bubble of marine-related enterprises,and clarifies the influencing factors and mechanism of the innovation bubble of marine-related enterprises,which has important reference value for government departments to formulate and improve policies on the innovation level of Marine industries.The results show that patient capital can effectively improve the innovation bubble of overseas enterprises;and this improvement effect is more obvious in the northern Marine economic circle.Further research finds that patient capital can promote the level of risk-taking and long-term orientation of enterprises,thus reducing the innovation bubble of overseas enterprises.This paper.
