浙江省转产转业渔民生计适应性影响因素及路径研究OA
Research on influencing factors and pathways of livelihood adaptability for fishermen undergoing occupational transition in Zhejiang Province
浙江省沿海转产转业渔民上岸后面临着严峻的生计转型挑战,适应能力普遍较弱,这不仅影响其个人发展,也关乎沿海渔村地区的社会稳定与经济可持续发展.因此,深入探究其生计适应性对制定有效帮扶政策至关重要.为更准确地反映浙江省沿海转产转业渔民的实际状况,本研究采用问卷调查与结构方程模型(SEM)的方法,系统分析了转产转业渔民生计适应性的影响因素及路径.结果表明:在影响生计资本的各维度中,金融资本作用最大(路径系数0.81),其次为物质资本(0.72)、自然资本(0.67)和社会资本(0.29);人力资本(0.08)影响不显著;生计资本对生计适应水平的直接影响(0.46)大于政策扶持(0.36),是主要驱动因素.鉴于此,应强化政策扶持的精准性与赋能效应,切实发挥生计资本对生计适应性的支撑作用.
Coastal fishermen in Zhejiang Province undergoing occupational transition face severe livelihood transformation challenges upon shore settlement,generally exhibiting weak adaptive capacity.This not only affects their personal development but also concerns the social stability and sustainable economic development of coastal fishing communities.Therefore,in-depth exploration of their livelihood adaptability is crucial for formulating effective support policies.To more accurately reflect the actual situation of these transitioning fishermen,this study employed questionnaire surveys and Structural Equation Modeling(SEM)to systematically analyze the influencing factors and pathways of their livelihood adaptability.The results indicate that among the dimensions of livelihood capital,financial capital exerted the strongest influence(path coefficient=0.81),followed by physical capital(0.72),natural capital(0.67),and social capital(0.29).The influence of human capital was insignificant(0.08).Livelihood capital had a greater direct impact on livelihood adaptability(0.46)than policy support(0.36),establishing it as the primary driving factor.In light of these findings,it is recommended to enhance the targeted accuracy and empowerment effect of policy support to effectively leverage the supportive role of livelihood capital in improving livelihood adaptability.
