针对呼吸机在复杂多变的医疗环境中长时间超负荷工作,安全阀测试失败、空气压缩机间歇性输出压力异常等特定故障解决方案较少的问题,以迈瑞SynoVent E3型呼吸机为例,分析其组成结构与工作原理,探讨安全阀测试失败、显示屏黑屏和空气压缩机输出压力异常3个典型故障的解决方案.通过对故障现象和原理图像的分析,结合技术手册和自身电路维修知识等对故障点逐步排查,分别通过清洁黏连的硅胶件、替换通气控制功能(VCM)电路板上的钽电容器、维修显示屏逆变器及空气压缩机压力开关组件使呼吸机恢复正常运行.为呼吸机维护保养提供切实可行的方法指引,以期降低维修成本,同时确保急救设备的稳定性和安全性.

Addressing the lack of solutions for specific faults such as test failure of safety valve,and pressure anomalies of intermittent output of the air compressor in ventilators operating under prolonged overload in complexly and variably medical environments,this study took the SynoVent E3 ventilator as an example to introduce the composition structure,and working principle,and analyzed three typical fault cases,including test failure of safety valve,black screen of display screen,and anomaly of output pressure of air compressor.By analyzing the fault phenomena and principle image,and combining technical manuals and repair knowledge of self-circuit,the faults were progressively troubleshot.The ventilator was restored to normal operation by cleaning the adhered silicone components,and replacing a tantalum capacitor on the ventilation control module(VCM)circuit board,and repairing the display inverter and the component of pressure switch of compressor,respectively.This research provided practical and feasible guidance for maintaining and repairing ventilators,so as to reduce maintenance costs,and ensure the stability and safety of emergent equipment.
