基于文献计量学的高强度聚焦超声研究热点与趋势分析OA
Analysis on hotspots and trends of the research for HIFU on the basis of bibliometrics
目的:基于文献计量学方法分析高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)领域的研究热点和趋势,为未来研究发展提供参考.方法:检索2000年1月1日至2025年3月16日科学引文索引核心合集(WoSCC)数据库中,发表的HIFU相关英文文献,采用CiteSpace软件和Bibliometrix R软件包等工具对HIFU相关研究文献的发文量、关键词等数据进行文献计量学分析.结果:共纳入4 375篇文章,HIFU相关研究年发文量呈上升趋势,年均增长率达12.31%并呈现"缓步探索-高速增长-应用深化"3阶段特征.最主要的期刊为International Journal of Hyperthermia(国际热疗杂志),我国和重庆医科大学分别是发文量最多的国家和机构.我国学者王智彪(Wang Zhibiao)的发文量排名第1位.HIFU领域人工智能是新兴主题,HIFU的免疫刺激机制、临床中的优劣性研究和远期疗效、换能器技术迭代、超声和磁共振监测是近年的热点主题.结论:HIFU相关领域研究发展迅速,呈现"机制挖掘-技术优化-临床推广"三位一体的研究格局,但仍面临机制、技术和临床的多方面研究瓶颈,未来需加强全球协作模式,以期建立完善的临床应用和评估体系,提高整体疗效和预后.
Objective:To analyze hotspots and trends of the research for high-intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)on the basis of bibliometrics method,so as to provide references for research and development of that in future.Methods:The published English articles related to HIFU in the database of the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)were retrieved from January 1,2000 to March 16,2025.The CiteSpace software and Bibliometrix R software bag were adopted to conduct bibliometrics analysis for the data of the number of the published articles,and the key words of the research literature that related to HIFU.Results:A total of 4,375 articles were included.The annual number of HIFU-related research articles appeared upward trend,and the annually average growth rate reached to 12.31%,which appeared 3 stage characteristics that were respectively"slowly exploration-growth with high speed-deepening of application".The most main journal was International Journal of Hyperthermia,and China and Chongqing Medical University were respectively the country and institution with the highest number of published papers.Wang Zhibiao,a Chinese scholar,ranked first in terms of the number that published articles.Artificial intelligence was an emerging topic.In recent years,the topics of hotspots were the immune stimulation mechanism of HIFU,the researches about advantages and disadvantages,and long-term efficacy of HIFU in clinical practice,technical iteration of transducer,and monitoring of ultrasound and magnetic resonance.Conclusion:The development of the research of the relative field of HIFU is rapid,which appears a research vision of trinity about"mechanism mining-technical optimization-clinical promotion".However,it still faces to research bottlenecks at many aspects include mechanism,technique and clinical practice.In future,we should strengthen globally collaborative mode,so as to establish perfect system of clinical application and assessment to improve the overall curative effect and prognosis.
