基于文献计量的急诊医学信息技术应用热点分析OA

Objective:To analyze the research hotspots and development directions of the applications of information technique in emergence medicine,so as to provide reference for the applied research of information technique in emergence medicine.Methods:The relevant literatures about the application of information technique of the emergence medicine that were published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database during January 1,1996 and September 25,2024 were retrieved.Using bibliometrics method to count the number of publications and keywords,and CiteSpace software was adopted to display visualized statistical results.Results:A total of 4141 literatures,which related to the application of information technique of the emergence medicine were retrieved,and 536 valid literatures were obtained according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria for literature.The overall number of literature about the application of information technique in emergence medicine showed an increasing trend from 1996 to 2024,and the most of representative high-frequency keywords were"emergency pre hospital","artificial intelligence",and"triage".The keywords were automatically clustered into eight clusters,including"emergency pre hospital","hospital","design","informatization","emergency","triage","information technique",and"regional medicine".The"triage of prescreening","artificial intelligence",and"emergence triage"were hot keywords during 2019 and 2024,and they will continue to be maintained.Conclusion:The focused key point of the applied research of information technique of emergence medicine has gradually refined,which has gone through three stages of development with different emphases:information management for emergence process,focusing on safety and quality of diagnosis and treatment,and the improvement of efficiency of diagnosis and treatment due to the application of technique.The emerging information technique has gradually been a hotspot of research.
