基于双悬臂梁振动结构的谐振式生物组织切片机设计及验证OA
Design and verification of a biological tissue microtome of harmonic vibration type based on vibration structure with dual-cantilever
目的:设计一种谐振式生物组织切片机,以解决传统旋转式切片机切削力大、易损伤脆弱组织的问题.方法:采用双悬臂梁振动结构设计谐振式生物组织切片机,基于欧拉-伯努利方程的动力学计算,将生物组织切片机悬臂梁的谐振点设计为55 Hz,以实现高频微幅的柔性切割.控制系统以NE555时基芯片电路为核心,生成谐振与进给信号.验证生物组织切片机的切片厚度精确性和切片完整性.结果:设计的谐振式生物组织切片机能够在55 Hz频率下可靠谐振,并通过频率分离策略解决了电路串扰.该系统切片精度在3和20 μm厚度下变异系数分别为2.62%和1.23%,高于传统切片机30%左右,且不同类型组织厚度为3~20 μm的切片完整性良好.结论:基于双悬臂梁振动结构的谐振式生物组织切片机可实现稳定的柔性切割,满足生物医学研究中生物组织切片的应用需求.
Objective:To design a biological tissue microtome of harmonic vibration type,so as to resolve the issues of conventional rotary microtome,which include big cutting force,and easy damage of fragile tissues.Methods:The vibration structure with dual-cantilever was adopted to design the biological tissue microtome of harmonic vibration type.Based on the kinetic calculation of Euler-Bernoulli equation,the point of harmonic vibration of cantilever of the biological tissue microtome was designed at 55 Hz,so as to realize flexible cutting with high frequency micro amplitude.The control system adopted NE555 time base chip circuit as core to generate the signals of harmonic vibration and feed.Then,the accuracy and precision of the thickness of slice,and the integrity of slice of biological tissue microtome were further verified.Results:The designed biological tissue microtome of harmonic vibration type can reliably realize harmonic vibration at 55 Hz frequency,which resolved the crosstalk of circuit through the strategy of frequency separation.The coefficients of variation were respectively 2.62%and 1.23%when the precision of slice thickness of this system was 3 and 20 μm,which were higher than approximate 30%of conventional microtome.The integrity of slice was favorable when the thicknesses of different type of tissues were between 3 and 20 μm.Conclusion:The biological tissue microtome of harmonic vibration type based on the vibration structure with dual-cantilever can realize stable flexible cutting,which can meet the requirement of the application of biological tissue slices in biomedical research.
