一种骨科用复位固定矫形器的设计与应用OA

[Objective]To observe the clinical application effect of a reset fixation orthosis for orthopedics in the treatment of fracture patients,solve the problems that traditional orthopedic fixation devices cannot be reused and the fixed joint parts are immovable which impairs the efficiency of rehabilitation training,and provide an optimized scheme for clinical orthopedic fixation and rehabilitation.[Methods]A total of 80 fracture patients admitted to Jianhu Hospital Affiliated to Xinglin College of Nantong University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 cases in each group by the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional plaster fixation,while the observation group was treated with the self-designed reset fixation orthosis for orthopedics(Utility Model Patent:ZL 2022 2 0002478.8).The rehabilitation compliance,patient satisfaction rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups to evaluate the clinical application value of the orthosis.[Results]The rehabilitation compliance and patient satisfaction rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The reset fixation orthosis for orthopedics can improve patients'rehabilitation compliance and satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,and meet the clinical needs of orthopedic fixation and rehabilitation at the same time,which has important practical application value.
