GE Discovery CT典型故障分析与预防性维护策略研究OA

[Objective]To analyze the typical faults(image artifacts and tube rotation errors)of the GE Discovery CT,propose a preventive maintenance strategy based on fault analysis,evaluate its implementation effect,and provide a practical basis for the efficient operation and maintenance of high-end CT equipment.[Methods]The troubleshooting and repair processes of the two types of faults were analyzed,based on which preventive maintenance strategies for the detector and the X-ray tube were formulated respectively.A pre-post comparative design was adopted,in which equipment operation data from 2023(pre-implementation)and 2024(post-implementation)were collected and analyzed.The changes in monthly average fault frequency,maintenance cost,downtime,and patient satisfaction were compared,and paired t-tests were used for statistical analysis.[Results]After the implementation of the preventive maintenance strategy,the monthly average fault frequency decreased by 66.4％,the maintenance cost decreased by 58.0％,the downtime was reduced by 69.5％,and patient satisfaction increased by 15.9％.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The preventive maintenance strategy developed based on typical faults can significantly reduce the fault frequency and maintenance cost of the GE Discovery CT,shorten its downtime,and improve patient satisfaction.It provides a quantifiable and generalizable practical solution for the scientific operation and maintenance of high-end CT equipment.
