中药活性成分靶向肠道菌群代谢物调控肿瘤的研究进展OA

Research progress on regulation of gut microbiota metabolites by active components of traditional Chinese medicine in cancer

恶性肿瘤已成为全球重大健康威胁,化疗、放疗等传统疗法因普遍存在耐药性、靶向性差及严重毒副作用等局限,导致临床应用受限、疗效提升困难.该文系统综述了中药活性成分调控肠道菌群及其代谢物的作用特征,以及该调控网络对肿瘤进展的影响,旨在为中药活性成分抗肿瘤研究提供新方向.通过综述发现,中药活性成分能够有效重塑肠道菌群生态,明显改变了宿主体内菌群代谢物的水平与组成.这些代谢物作为关键信号分子,通过调节机体免疫炎症反应、维持肠道屏障功能、影响能量代谢等多种途径,直接或间接地抑制肿瘤细胞增殖与转移,并改善肿瘤微环境.因此,深入阐明中药活性成分通过肠道菌群及其代谢产物调控肿瘤进展的作用机制,可为未来开发基于菌群调控的肿瘤预防与治疗新策略奠定理论基础.

Malignant tumors have become a major global health threat.Conventional therapies such as chemotherapy and radio-therapy are limited in clinical application and efficacy improve-ment due to prevalent limitations including drug resistance,poor targeting,and severe toxic side effects.This article sys-tematically reviews the functional characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)active ingredients in regulating gut microbiota and their metabolites,as well as the impact of this regulatory network on tumor progression,aiming to provide new directions for the research on TCM active ingredients in anti-tumor therapy.Through the review,it is found that TCM active ingredients can effectively reshape the gut microbiota ecology and significantly alter the levels and composition of microbial metabolites in the host.As key signaling molecules,these me-tabolites can directly or indirectly inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells and improve the tumor microenviron-ment through multiple pathways,such as regulating the body's immune-inflammatory response,maintaining intestinal barrier function,and affecting energy metabolism.Therefore,in-depth clarification of the mechanism by which TCM active ingredients regulate tumor progression through gut microbiota and their me-tabolites will lay a theoretical foundation for the future develop-ment of novel strategies for tumor prevention and treatment based on microbiota regulation.
