安罗替尼相关高血压发生机制及治疗研究进展OA
Research progress on mechanism and treatment of anlotinib-related hypertension
高血压是安罗替尼在抗肿瘤治疗过程中最常见的不良反应,发生率最高可达76.9%.高血压及其并发症的发生与发展会严重影响肿瘤患者生活质量,甚至导致治疗中断,增加患者病情进展的风险.目前,关于安罗替尼相关高血压的研究报道相对有限.鉴于此,该文主要对安罗替尼相关高血压的具体发生机制进行探讨,并对其治疗策略进行综述,以期为临床个体化血压管理提供理论依据.
Hypertension is the most common adverse reaction associated with anlotinib during anti-tumor therapy,with an in-cidence rate as high as 76.9%.More importantly,the occur-rence and progression of hypertension and its complications sig-nificantly impair the quality of life for cancer patients,poten-tially leading to treatment discontinuation and increasing the risk of disease progression.Currently,research on anlotinib-related hypertension remains limited.Given this,this paper pri-marily explores the specific mechanisms underlying anlotinib-related hypertension and reviews its treatment strategies,aim-ing to provide a theoretical basis for individualized blood pres-sure management in clinical practice.
