畜禽肠道微生物菌群广泛认为是维持机体体内平衡的重要组成之一,与畜禽健康和疾病密切相关,许多疾病的发生都伴随着肠道微生物紊乱.一些益生菌常被用来维持肠道微生态稳态、调节机体免疫、改善屏障功能、缓解机体疾病并维持机体健康.其中乳酸菌作为广泛分布于动物源性食品、胃肠道及生殖道等生态位的益生菌群,是应用最广泛的益生菌.其在抑制有害菌增殖,促进有益菌生长,维持肠道微生态稳定,通过上调紧密连接蛋白表达增强肠道物理屏障,促进杯状细胞分泌黏蛋白,增强黏液层保护作用维护肠道化学屏障;同时,通过激活免疫相关通路促进抗炎因子分泌,抑制促炎因子招募的潜力已得到广泛的证实.基于此,本文系统阐述了乳酸菌的生物学特性、其表面活性成分对畜禽肠道屏障功能的调控机制,以及乳酸菌介导的肠道屏障调节作用,总结其在畜禽生产中的应用现状及未来研究方向,以期为乳酸菌资源的进一步开发与应用提供参考,并为推动畜牧业减抗、绿色养殖与安全生产提供科学依据.

The intestinal microbiota of livestock and poultry is widely regarded as an important component for maintaining the internal balance of the body and is closely related to the health and diseases of livestock and poultry.Many diseases are accompanied by the disorder of intestinal microbiota.Some probiotics are often used to maintain the stability of intestinal microecology,regulate the immune system of the body,improve the barrier function,alleviate the diseases of the body and maintain the health of the body.Among them,lactic acid bacteria,as a group of probiotics widely distributed in animal-derived foods,the gastrointestinal tract and the reproductive tract,are the most widely used probiotics.Their potential to inhibit the proliferation of harmful bacteria,promote the growth of beneficial bacteria,maintain the stability of intestinal microecology,enhance the physical barrier of the intestinal tract by up-regulating the expression of tight junction proteins,promote the secretion of mucin by goblet cells and enhance the protective effect of the mucus layer,and maintain the chemical barrier of the intestinal tract;at the same time,promote the secretion of anti-inflammatory factors and inhibit the recruitment of pro-inflammatory factors by activating immune-related pathways has been widely confirmed.Based on this,this paper systematically expounds the biological characteristics of lactic acid bacteria,the regulatory mechanism of their surface active components on the intestinal barrier function of livestock and poultry,and the regulatory effect of lactic acid bacteria on the intestinal barrier,summarizes the application status and future research directions of lactic acid bacteria in livestock production,in order to provide a reference for the further development and application of lactic acid bacteria resources,and provide a scientific basis for promoting the reduction of antibiotics in animal husbandry,green breeding and safe production.
