[目的]奶牛乳房炎是一种常见的多因素疾病,对生产性能、奶牛健康及卫生安全均有不利影响.本研究旨在揭示三河牛泌乳性能及隐性乳房炎性状的影响因素,并确定隐性乳房炎的体细胞数(SCC)诊断阈值,为内蒙古地区三河牛群体遗传改良的开展提供科学依据.[方法]本研究针对30头三河牛(15对母女),每5 d进行1次奶牛群体改良(DHI)测定和加州乳房炎检测(CMT),共计4次,基于115条DHI测定数据和442条CMT数据分析其泌乳性能指标、CMT评分的群体规律及背景,通过混合线性模型(LMM)和有序多分类逻辑回归模型(OMLRM)探究三河牛泌乳性能及隐性乳房炎性状的影响因素,并利用约登指数(J)确定其隐性乳房炎高风险的最优决策阈值.[结果]三河牛具有高乳糖率、高乳蛋白率、低体细胞评分(SCS)的特性,泌乳性能整体较高,且胎次、产犊年季和母女类型效应对部分泌乳性能指标影响显著(P<0.05),SCS 效应对隐性乳房炎性状具有极显著影响(P<0.01),泌乳阶段效应对部分泌乳性能指标及隐性乳房炎性状均有显著影响(P<0.05).此外,当SCC>12 万/mL时,约登指数开始出现明显下降,建议以12 万/mL作为三河牛隐性乳房炎的SCC诊断阈值.[结论]以12 万/mL作为三河牛隐性乳房炎的SCC诊断阈值,并将CMT与SCC诊断阈值结合使用,可有效提升内蒙古地区三河牛隐性乳房炎的检测准确性及规范性.

[Objective]Bovine mastitis is a common multifactorial disease that adversely affects production performance,cow health,and milk hygiene safety.This study aimed to elucidate the influencing factors of lactation performance and subclinical mastitis traits in Sanhe cattle,and determine the diagnostic threshold of somatic cell count(SCC)for subclinical mastitis,thereby providing a scientific basis for genetic improvement of Sanhe cattle populations in Inner Mongolia.[Method]A total of 30 Sanhe cattle(15 dam-daughter pairs)were included in this study.Dairy herd improvement(DHI)testing and California mastitis test(CMT)were conducted every 5 days for four consecutive times.Based on 115 DHI records and 442 CMT records,the population characteristics and background patterns of lactation performance traits and CMT scores were analyzed.Subsequently,a linear mixed model(LMM)and an ordinal multinomial logistic regression model(OMLRM)were applied to investigate the influencing factors of lactation performance and subclinical mastitis traits in Sanhe cattle.Finally,Youden's index(J)was used to determine the optimal decision threshold for identifying high-risk subclinical mastitis cases.[Result]Sanhe cattle were characterized by high lactose percentage,high protein percentage,and low somatic cell score(SCS),indicating generally favorable lactation performance.Parity,year-season(Ys),and group had significant effects on certain lactation performance traits(P<0.05).SCS effect had an extremely significant influence on subclinical mastitis traits(P<0.01),and stage significantly affected some lactation performance traits as well as subclinical mastitis traits(P<0.05).Moreover,when SCC exceeded 120 000/mL,Youden's index showed a marked downward trend.Therefore,120 000/mL was recommended as SCC diagnostic threshold for subclinical mastitis in Sanhe cattle.[Conclusion]Using 120 000/mL as SCC diagnostic threshold for subclinical mastitis in Sanhe cattle,in combination with CMT,could effectively improve the accuracy and standardization of subclinical mastitis detection in Sanhe cattle populations in Inner Mongolia.
