化妆品中防腐剂的测定能力验证结果与分析OA
Results and Analysis of the Proficiency Testing for the Determination of Preservatives in Cosmetics
目的:设计并实施化妆品中防腐剂的测定能力验证项目,以4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯为例,旨在了解和评价化妆品检验机构对化妆品中防腐剂的检测能力,分析影响检测结果的主要因素,为提升相关实验室检测水平提供参考.方法:制备能力验证样品,对样品的均匀性和稳定性进行检验,采用稳健统计方法对各参加实验室的测定结果进行统计分析,采用z比分数对测定结果进行评价.结果:能力验证样品的均匀性和稳定性符合要求.69家实验室报名参加,66家反馈了测定结果,其中60家结果为"满意",2家结果为"可疑",4家结果为"不满意",总体满意率为90.9％.结论:大多数参加实验室结果为满意,具有较好的测定化妆品中防腐剂的能力,部分实验室的检测能力有待进一步提升.
Objective:To design and implement a proficiency testing program for the determination of preservatives in cosmetics,using methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate as a representative analyte.The aim is to assess the testing capabilities of cosmetic inspection institutions,identify the causes of deviations,and promote improvements in laboratory performance.Methods:Proficiency testing samples were prepared and tested for homogeneity and stability.Robust statistical methods were applied to analyze the measurement results from participating laboratories,with z-scores used for performance evaluation.Results:The homogeneity and stability of the samples met required specifications.Among 69 registered laboratories,66 submitted valid results.The outcomes demonstrated 60 satisfactory results.2 were questionable,and 4 were unsatisfactory,resulting in an overall satisfactory rate of 90.9％.Conclusion:The majority of participating laboratories demonstrated adequate proficiency in determining preservatives in cosmetics,though further improvement is needed for some laboratories.
