浅析药品批发过程中麻醉药品和精神药品运输发展现状、挑战与对策OA

Narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs the dual attributes of medical necessity and risk of abuse,and are therefore subject to special regulation by the government.Transportation serves as a key control point in the whole-process supervision of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs,playing a critical role in preventing its illegal diversion,abuse,and other risks.Taking the transportation management of medicinal narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs as the research entry point,this paper systematically reviews current relevant laws,regulations,and regulatory requirements at both the national and regional levels in China.It analyzes the actual development status and overall operation of the current transportation industry for these drugs.On this basis,the paper specifically discusses the major challenges in the transportation process and proposes optimization pathways.The aim is to strictly standardize the whole-process management and control of transportation,ensure rational clinical medication,and improve the safety management level of the entire industrial chain,thereby providing theoretical basis and practical references for improving the construction of a long-term regulatory system for such drugs.
