Enterprise compliance management is of great significance in the new era,as it is closely related to law-based corporate governance,social stability,and high-quality development.Pharmaceuticals are special commodities used for disease treatment and life-saving purposes,making compliance management particularly crucial for pharmaceutical enterprises.Given the large number,diverse business formats,and rapid development of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises,their management level directly affects the quality and safety of drug distribution.Therefore,strengthening compliance management in this sector is of great significance.This paper examines the current status and key challenges of compliance management in pharmaceutical distribution enterprises,and proposes targeted countermeasures to address practical issues.It aims to promote the fulfillment of primary responsibilities by enterprises,comprehensively improve compliance management,ensure the quality and safety of drug distribution,and provide theoretical support for regulatory policy-making.
