黄河流域数字经济与劳动者就业质量的耦合协调研究OA

Exploring the coupling coordination relationship between the digital economy and labor employment quality in the Yellow River Basin helps to reveal the interaction mechanism between digital economy development and labor employment quality,and can provide a scientific basis for formulating regional economic policies and employment policies.Based on the regional economic development radiation theory and labor market theory,this paper uses the entropy method for index measurement,and adopts the coupling coordination model,kernel density estimation,and spatial analysis to discuss the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the coupling coordination between the digital economy and employment quality in the Yellow River Basin.The research shows that from 2012 to 2022,the coupling coordination degree between the digital economy and employment quality in the Yellow River Basin has been continuously rising,with an increase of 59.26％in the past ten years,but the coordination level is low and unbalanced;except for Shandong Province,the development of the digital economy in most provinces in the Yellow River Basin lags behind the development of employment quality;the coupling coordination degree is restricted by the significant differences between the upper,middle,and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin,showing the characteristics of"lower reaches＞middle reaches＞upper reaches".It is suggested that the government should strengthen talent support,promote the optimization of employment structure,and improve regional collaborative governance,so as to promote the coordinated development of the digital economy and labor employment quality in the Yellow River Basin.
