智能机器依赖对员工创造性的影响:智能机器身份威胁与信任的作用OA
Influence of Intelligent Machine Dependence on Employee Creativity:Role of Intelligent Machine Identity Threat and Trust
随着人工智能技术在工作场所的广泛应用,智能机器对员工创造性产生的影响机制受到学界日益广泛的关注.基于社会认同理论,文章采用周记经验取样法收集了65名工程师连续10周的650个有效观测数据,探索工作中对智能机器的依赖影响员工创造性的内在机制和边界条件.通过多水平结构方程模型分析发现,智能机器依赖显著负向影响员工创造性;智能机器身份威胁在智能机器依赖与员工创造性的负向关系间发挥中介作用;智能机器信任不仅调节了智能机器依赖对员工智能机器身份威胁的影响,而且调节了智能机器身份威胁的中介作用.
With the widespread application of artificial intelligence technology in the workplace,the mechanism by which intelligent machines influence employee creativity has garnered increasing academic attention.Based on social identity theory,this study collected 650 valid observations from 65 engineers over 10 consecutive weeks using the diary sampling method to explore the intrinsic mechanism and boundary conditions of how dependence on intelligent machines in the workplace affects employee creativity.Analysis through multilevel structural equation modeling revealed that intelligent machine dependence significantly negatively influences employee creativity;intelligent machine identity threat mediates the negative relationship between intelligent machine dependence and employee creativity;employee trust in intelligent machines not only moderates the influence of intelligent machine dependence on intelligent machine identity threat but also moderates the mediating role of intelligent machine identity threat.
