Agricultural new quality productive forces are a form of productivity with technological innovation as the core driving force,promoting the deep transformation of agricultural production methods towards digitalization and intelligence through breakthrough technologies.The types of agricultural new quality productive forces practices can be categorized into four types:technology innovation-driven,seed industry breakthrough-led,digital application-promoted,and industrial chain-extended,with their talent demands showing obvious differentiated characteristics.The introduction,cultivation,evaluation,and retention of talents for agricultural new quality productive forces,as key links in promoting agricultural development,face numerous complex and practical challenges.To promote the construction of agricultural new quality productive forces talent teams according to local conditions,we should uphold the concept of"practice adaptation,categorized implementation",adhere to"demand-supply"targeted talent introduction,optimize the categorized talent cultivation system,establish a talent evaluation mechanism oriented towards practical contribution,and strengthen research and living support;systematically construct an optimization path of"targeted introduction-precise cultivation-scientific evaluation-ecological retention".
