数实融合能否提高城市遭遇气温冲击时的经济韧性OA
Can digital-real economy integration enhance urban economic resilience under the temperature shocks?
城市作为宏观经济运行的核心载体,其经济韧性水平不仅关乎区域风险防控效能,更对构建新发展格局、推动经济高质量发展具有重要意义.数实融合是驱动产业变革的重要举措,为城市产业升级与经济发展提供了基础性技术条件.而在极端气温事件常态化背景下,数实融合能否有效提高城市经济韧性,亟须深入探讨.基于此,该研究利用中国2010-2022年地级及以上城市面板数据计算各城市面临的气温冲击水平、数实融合程度和经济韧性水平,以气温冲击与数实融合的交互项为核心解释变量,以城市经济韧性为被解释变量,借助固定效应模型实证检验气温冲击下数实融合对城市经济韧性的影响效应与作用机制,并进一步分析其异质性与门槛效应.研究发现:①在面对气温冲击时,数实融合有助于提高城市经济韧性.该结论在经过一系列稳健性检验和内生性处理后依旧成立.②机制分析表明,在气温冲击下,数实融合能够通过人才集聚效应、产业结构合理化效应与政府数字化治理效应显著提高城市经济韧性.③异质性分析结果显示,对于内陆城市、大中型城市和数字基础设施较为完善的城市而言,数实融合在其面临气温冲击时的积极影响更为明显.④门槛效应分析发现,当气温冲击较小时,数实融合能大幅度提高城市经济韧性;而当气温冲击增大时,数实融合虽仍能显著提高城市经济韧性,但提高幅度下降.因此,政府应加快推进数实融合进程、健全数实融合调节机制,充分发挥数实融合稳经济、促发展的积极效应,从而推动城市经济韧性持续稳定提高.
As the core carriers of macroeconomic operations,cities' levels of economic resilience are not only crucial for regional risk prevention and control effectiveness but also vital for constructing a new development paradigm and promoting high-quality economic development.Digital-real economy integration represents a key initiative driving industrial transformation,providing foundational tech-nological conditions for urban industrial upgrading and economic development.Against the backdrop of the normalization of extreme temperature events,whether digital-real economy integration can effectively enhance urban economic resilience requires thorough inves-tigation.Accordingly,this study utilized annual data of prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2010 to 2022 to calculate the lev-els of temperature shocks,digital-real economy integration,and economic resilience faced by each city.Taking the interaction term of temperature shock and digital-real economy integration as the core explanatory variable and urban economic resilience as the explained variable,this study empirically examined the impact and mechanisms of digital-real economy integration on urban economic resilience under temperature shocks using a fixed effects model.It further analyzed its heterogeneity and threshold effects.The findings indicated that:① Digital-real economy integration helped improve urban economic resilience when facing temperature shocks.This conclusion remained robust after a series of robustness tests and endogeneity treatments.② Mechanism analysis revealed that under temperature shocks,digital-real economy integration could significantly enhance urban economic resilience through talent agglomeration effects,in-dustrial structure rationalization effects,and government digital governance effects.③ Heterogeneity analysis showed that the positive impact of digital-real economy integration when facing temperature shocks was more pronounced for inland cities,large and medium-sized cities,and cities with relatively well-developed digital infrastructure.④ Threshold effect analysis found that when temperature shocks were relatively small,digital-real economy integration could substantially improve urban economic resilience;however,when temperature shocks intensified,although digital-real economy integration could still significantly enhance urban economic resilience,the magnitude of improvement diminished.Therefore,governments should accelerate the process of digital-real economy integration,im-prove its regulatory mechanisms,and fully leverage its positive effects in stabilizing the economy and promoting development,thereby fostering the sustained and steady improvement of urban economic resilience.
