Research Progress on the Improvement of Semen Quality in Beef Bull
种公牛的精液品质是决定家畜遗传改良效率和经济效益的核心指标.随着全球畜牧产业的集约化发展,对优质种公牛精液的需求日益增长,但其品质受遗传、环境、营养、管理及疾病等多维度因素的复杂影响.近年来,随着基因组学、代谢组学及生物技术的快速发展,精液品质的调控机制和提升方法取得了重要突破.本文深入探讨了种公牛精液品质的影响因素,系统综述了近年来国内外关于提升种公牛精液品质的研究进展,并提出综合性的品质提升策略,以期为优化种公牛繁育体系提供理论依据和实践参考.
The semen quality of breeding bulls is a core indicator determining the efficiency of livestock genetic improvement and economic benefits.With the intensification of the global livestock industry,the demand for high-quality bull semen is increasing.However,its quality is complexly influenced by multidimensional factors,including genetics,environment,nutrition,management,and diseases.In recent years,with the rapid development of genomics,metabolomics,and biotechnology,significant breakthroughs have been achieved in the regulatory mechanisms and improvement methods of semen quality.This article systematically reviews the research progress on bull semen quality at home and abroad in recent years,deeply explores the key influencing factors,and proposes comprehensive strategies for quality improvement,with the expectation of providing a theoretical basis and practical reference for optimizing the breeding system of breeding bulls.
