泌乳牛全混合日粮中添加脱霉矿物质材料对奶牛健康及乳品质的影响OA
Effect of Staple Mineral Material on Health and Milk Quality of Dairy Cows
本研究旨在探讨泌乳牛全混合日粮中添加饲料脱霉矿物功能材料对奶牛健康及乳品质的影响.试验共选取180头泌乳荷斯坦牛(头胎牛90头、经产牛90头),每种牛群随机分为2组,即对照组(基础全混合日粮)和试验组(基础全混合日粮+50g/头的饲料脱霉矿物功能材料,干物质基础).结果表明,日粮中添加矿物功能材料对头胎牛和经产牛采食量均无显著影响(P>0.05).在头胎牛中,天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶含量对照组显著高于试验组(P<0.05),IGF-1含量对照组显著低于试验组(P<0.05);经产牛中,总蛋白和游离脂肪酸含量试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05).乳中霉菌毒素含量均低于限量标准.综上所述,本试验中,日粮添加脱霉矿物功能材料有利于头胎牛分泌IGF-1,而IGF-1有利于激活泌乳相关信号通路,间接提升奶牛泌乳性能、改善乳品质.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of adding a mycotoxin-adsorbing mineral functional material to the total mixed ration(TMR)on the health and milk quality of lactating dairy cows.A total of 180 lactating Holstein cows(90 primiparous and 90 multiparous)were selected and randomly divided into two groups within each parity:a control group(basal TMR)and a treatment group(basal TMR supplemented with 50 g/head/day of the mycotoxin-adsorbing mineral functional material,on a dry matter basis).The results showed that dietary supplementation with the mineral functional material had no significant effect on dry matter intake in either primiparous or multiparous cows(P > 0.05).In primiparous cows,aspartate aminotransferase(AST)levels were significantly higher in the control group than in the treatment group(P < 0.05),while insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)levels were significantly lower in the control group(P < 0.05).In multiparous cows,total protein and free fatty acid(FFA)levels were significantly lower in the treatment group compared with the control group(P < 0.05).Mycotoxin content in milk was below the maximum permitted level in all groups.In conclusion,under the conditions of this trial,supplementation with the mycotoxin-adsorbing mineral functional material promoted IGF-1 secretion in primiparous cows.IGF-1 is known to activate lactation-related signaling pathways,thereby potentially enhancing lactation performance and improving milk quality.
