中国—东盟鲜荔枝主要贸易国质量标准差异性研究OA

Litchi(Litchi chinensis Sonn.),as an important characteristic agricultural product of China and ASEAN countries,plays a significant role in agricultural trade.With the continuous deepening of the China-ASEAN Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and the advancement of the upgraded China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,the scale of bilateral fresh litchi trade has been expanding.However,the differences in quality standards among countries have gradually become a key factor affecting trade facilitation and flow.To explore and clarify the similarities and differences in fresh litchi quality standards between China and major ASEAN countries,and to promote China's fresh litchi foreign trade,this study used a combination of comparative a-nalysis and inductive summarization to systematically compare and analyze the core indicators which are all closely related to trade,including basic requirements,grading rules,maximum residue limits(MRLs)of pesticides,and product packaging,across national fresh litchi standards.The results showed that in terms of basic quality requirements,there was little difference in indicators such as fruit appearance and maturity;in grading rules,classification criteria and allowable defect ranges differed from country to country,with China's standard additionally specifying physicochemical indicators;regarding MRLs of pesti-cides,types of pesticides and their residue limits varied greatly among different countries;in terms of packaging,ASEAN countries' standards had higher requirements for the safety of packaging auxiliary materials.Based on the analysis of these differences,it was concluded that some issues existed in China's current fresh litchi quality standards,including inconsistent standard systems,lagging updates of technical indicators,and insufficient alignment with international markets.Recommenda-tions were put forward,including promoting the formulation of unified national standards,promptly updating technical indica-tors,and advancing regional standard coordination.
