低温等离子体复合制剂对猕猴桃果实品质及农药残留影响研究OA
Effects of low-temperature plasma composite treatment on kiwifruit fruit quality and pesticide residue reduction
为探讨低温等离子体复合制剂对"红阳""东红"和"瑞玉"3种猕猴桃果实品质的提升作用,以及对"东红"和"瑞玉"猕猴桃果实农药残留的减轻效果,利用低温等离子体复合制剂300倍液对3种猕猴桃进行叶面喷施和根际喷施,测定猕猴桃单果质量、色度角、去皮硬度、干物质含量以及可溶性固形物含量,评估低温等离子体复合制剂对果实品质的提升作用.同时,对猕猴桃果实中常见农药类型进行检测,以评估低温等离子体复合制剂对农药残留的减轻效果.结果表明,低温等离子体复合制剂处理对"红阳"猕猴桃果实品质无明显提升效果,但"东红"猕猴桃的色度角降低了8.7%,果实去皮硬度下降了12.3%,可溶性固形物含量提高了4.2%."瑞玉"猕猴桃经处理后,单果质量和可溶性固形物含量分别提高了19.7%和53.3%,同时去皮硬度下降15.7%."东红"猕猴桃经处理后果实表面吡唑醚菌酯、嘧霉胺、戊唑醇和苯醚甲环唑的含量比对照组分别下降了43.6%、24%、41.7%和18%;"瑞玉"处理后果实表面未检测到农药残留.采用低温等离子体复合制剂300倍液处理能够显著提升"东红"与"瑞玉"猕猴桃的果实品质,并有效降低果实表面的农药残留量.
To investigate the improving effects of a 300-fold diluted low-temperature plasma composite on fruit quality of three kiwifruit varieties(Hongyang,Donghong,and Ruiyu),and its mitigating effects on pesticide residues in Donghong and Ruiyu kiwifruit,the composite was applied through foliar spraying and root irrigation.The fruit quality was assessed by meas-uring average single fruit weight,hue angle,peel firmness,dry matter content,and soluble solids content.Additionally,common pesticides in kiwifruit were detected to evaluate the reduction effect of low-temperature plasma composite on pesticide residues.The results showed that the application of low-temperature plasma composite had no significant effect on the fruit quality of Hongyang kiwifruit,but in Donghong kiwifruit,it induced an 8.7%decrease in hue angle,a 12.3%reduction in peel firmness,and a 4.2%increase in soluble solids content.After treatment,Ruiyu kiwifruit increased in single fruit weight and soluble sol-ids content by 19.7%and 53.3%respectively,while peel firmness decreased by 15.7%.The surface pesticide concentrations of Donghong kiwifruit treated with low-temperature plasma composite decreased by 43.6%,24.0%,41.7%,and 18.0%for pyrazophos-ethyl,cymoxanil,tebuconazole,and difenoconazole,respectively,compared to the control.In contrast,no residues were detected on Ruiyu kiwifruit.A 300-fold dilution of low-temperature plasma composite significantly enhanced the fruit quality of Donghong and Ruiyu kiwifruits,and effectively reduced the amount of pesticide residues on the fruit surface.
