DIP付费改革下中医适宜技术应用分析OA

Objective To investigate the effects of applying appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the service management of primary healthcare institutions under the Diagnosis-Intervention Packet(DIP)payment system.Methods Relevant data were collected.Using independent samples t-test,chi-square test,or Fisher's exact probability test,a multi-dimensional analysis was conducted from the perspectives of medical service standards,patient needs,and hospital management.Changes in various indicators before and after the application of appropriate TCM techniques were analyzed,including the standardized case enrollment rate,pro-portions of advantageous and disadvantageous disease types,average cost per hospitalization case,average drug cost per case,average consumable cost per case,proportion of drug and consumable costs,average length of stay,allocation ratio,settlement score,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results After the application of appropri-ate TCM techniques,the enrollment rate and accuracy rate for core disease types increased,advantageous and dis-advantageous disease types were clearly identified,and the average monthly number of patient visits rose.Signifi-cant reductions were observed in the average cost per hospitalization case,average drug cost per case,proportion of drug and consumable costs,and average length of stay.The actual settlement score and ratio of medical insur-ance fund allocation increased,without an increase in adverse reactions.These differences were statistically signif-icant(P＜0.05).Conclusions Under the DIP payment system,the application of appropriate TCM techniques can effectively control the unreasonable growth of medical expenses,optimize the structure of medical services,re-flect the value of medical services,promote the integrated development emphasizing both TCM and Western medi-cine,and improve the quality of healthcare services and public satisfaction.
