为筛选工业大麻育苗最佳基质配方,以泥炭土、蛭石、珍珠岩和椰糠配制不同比例基质,以商品基质和大田土为对照,研究不同基质理化性状及对幼苗出苗率、生长和生理指标的影响,综合评估不同基质配方对工业大麻幼苗的影响.结果表明,泥炭土、蛭石、珍珠岩、椰糠按照体积比4∶3∶2∶1 处理的出苗率最高,其株高、主根长度、叶面积及干重、鲜重均显著高于对照,且该处理下总叶绿素含量、SOD 活性、POD 活力也为最高.各处理下的 PRO 含量显著高于大田土栽培,而 MDA 含量显著低于两个对照处理.主成分分析发现,泥炭土含量是决定基质质量最主要的因素.

To screen the optimal substrate formula for industrial hemp seedling cultivation,different proportion substrates(T1-T4)were prepared using peat soil,vermiculite,perlite,and coconut coir,with commercial substrate(CK1)and field soil(CK2)as controls.The study investigated the physico-chemical properties of different substrates and their effects on seedling emergence rate,growth,and phys-iological indicators.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the effects of different substrate formu-las on industrial hemp seedlings.The results showed that:T4 treatment(peat soil∶vermiculite∶perlite∶coconut coir=4∶3∶2∶1)had the highest emergence rate,with plant height,main root length,leaf ar-ea and fresh/dry weight all significantly higher than CK1 and CK2;moreover,T4 also exhibited the highest total chlorophyll content,SOD activity,and POD activity.Additionally,the PRO content of T1-T4 was significantly higher than CK2,while the MDA content was significantly lower than both CK1 and CK2.Principal component analysis shows that peat soil content is the most important factor to determine the quality of matrix.
