基于电力载波通信的母线槽智慧监测系统设计OACHSSCD

Design of an intelligent monitoring system for busways based on power line carrier communication

目的:针对当前母线槽监测系统中存在布线冗杂、信号不稳定、监测参数不全面等问题,设计了一种基于载波通信的母线槽温度、湿度、电压参数实时监控系统.方法:采用ESDR6863-D-GW13、Air724 等芯片构建系统硬件 平 台,并设计相应的设备间通信软件方案,结合 OneNET 云平台实现可视化监控界面.结果:利用载波通信技术、4G 通信技术实现了设备间的可靠数据传输,能够通过云平台实现对母线槽连接处温度、湿度、电压参数的实时监测.实际测试显示,温度测量误差在 3℃以内,湿度误差在 5%以内,电压误差在5V 以内.相较现有基于载波通信的母线槽监测系统,本系统将温湿度检测与电压参数检测集成在同一个节点电路板上,避免了传统母线槽监测系统无法检测电压或多设备分立检测带来的弊端.结论:系统设备高度集成,无需额外电源供电,可实时监测多类参数并在异常时触发报警,方便维护和管理,具有巨大的市场应用价值.

Aims:To address the complex wiring,unstable signals and incomplete parameters in conventional busway monitoring systems,a real-time monitoring system for busway temperature,humidity and voltage parameters based on power line carrier communication is proposed.Methods:The hardware platform was built with chips of ESDR6863-D-GW13 and Air724,together with a communication software scheme and the OneNET cloud platform for visual monitoring.Results:Reliable data transmission was achieved via power line carrier and 4G communication,supporting real-time monitoring of connection temperature,humidity and voltage parameters.Test results showed that the error of temperature was less than 3℃,that humidity was less than 5%and that voltage was less than 5 V.By integrating temperature-humidity and voltage detection on a single node board,the system overcame the drawbacks of separate or voltage-unavailable detection in traditional designs.Conclusions:The system equiment is highly integrated,enabling real-time monitoring of various parameters and abnormal alarm,which is convenient for maintenance and management with significant application value.
