为进一步提升电力系统暂态稳定智能评估模型的性能和泛化能力,该文从数据增强、机器学习模型和学习机制3个维度对暂态稳定智能评估进行研究.首先,根据电网的全局空间拓扑特性及变量间的关联关系,提出基于潮流拓扑镜像化编码的数据处理方法,将电气变量通过编码形式映射为含有电力系统拓扑结构的多维矩阵特征图;其次,提出基于Swin Transformer模型的电力系统暂态稳定评估方法,通过其层级式的模型结构和窗口下的自注意力机制,有效提取全局和局部下的暂稳特征信息,以增强智能评估模型的性能;最后,提出基于动态对抗适配的电力系统暂态稳定自适应评估方法,利用对抗的方式动态调整域间数据的边缘分布和条件分布的相对权重来提升Swin Transformer模型的迁移性能.基于IEEE 39节点标准系统对所提方法进行算例验证,结果表明,所提方法可有效提升暂稳智能评估模型的准确率以及泛化能力,可为电力系统在线稳定评估和分析提供新思路.

In order to further improve the performance and generalization ability of the power system transient stability intelligent assessment model,this paper carries out research on transient stability intelligent assessment from three dimensions:data enhancement,machine learning model and learning mechanism.Firstly,in order to reflect the global spatial topological characteristics of the power grid and the correlation between variables,a data processing method based on the mirrored encoding of power flow topology is proposed,in which the electrical variables are mapped into a multidimensional matrix feature map containing the power system topology through the coding form.Secondly,a power system transient stability assessment method based on the Swin Transformer model is proposed,in which the global and local transient stability feature information can be effectively extracted through its hierarchical model structure and the self-attention mechanism under the window to enhance the performance of the intelligent assessment model.Finally,a power system transient stability adaptive assessment method based on the dynamic adversarial adaptation(DAA)is proposed,which utilizes an adversarial approach to dynamically adjust the relative weights of the marginal and conditional distributions of the inter-domain data to enhance the migration performance of the Swin Transformer model.Based on the IEEE 39-node standard system,the proposed method is validated by the arithmetic cases,and the results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy as well as the generalization ability of the intelligent assessment model of transient stability,which provides a new idea for the on-line stability assessment and analysis of the power system.
