海峡两岸老年体育器材与无障碍环境标准体系对比及融合研究OACHSSCD
Study on the Comparison and Integration of Standards for Elderly Sports Equipment and Barrier-free Environment Across the Taiwan Strait
随着海峡两岸社会老龄化程度持续加深,构建适老型健身与生活环境至关重要.本文系统对比分析了大陆GB 55019-2021、GB/T 45933-2025、GB/T 32417-2015,与中国台湾地区CNS 16170、CNS 15810、CNS 19029等一系列相关标准.研究发现,两岸标准在体系架构、术语定义、技术侧重等方面存在一定差异与互补空间.大陆标准体系强制性与推荐性并存,覆盖面广;中国台湾地区标准则呈现指导纲要多、细分领域深的系列化特点.推动海峡两岸标准共通,对提升两岸老年福祉、促进健康养老产业协同发展、共建包容型社会具有重要意义.
As the degree of aging society continues to deepen on both sides of the Taiwan Strait,it is crucial to build inclusive fitness and living environments for the elderly.This paper systematically compares and analyzes standards in the Chinese mainland such as GB 55019-2021,GB/T 45933-2025,and GB/T 32417-2015,with relevant standards in Taiwan region including CNS 16170,CNS 15810,and CNS 19029.The research reveals that there are certain differences and complementary aspects between the two sides in terms of system architecture,terminology definitions,and technical emphases.Standards in the Chinese mainland feature a combination of mandatory and voluntary standards with broad coverage,while standards in the Taiwan region feature numerous guidelines and in-depth subdivisions in specialized fields.Promoting cross-Strait standards connectivity is of significant importance for enhancing the well-being of the elderly,fostering collaborative development of the health and elderly care industries,and building an inclusive society.
