老工业城市标准化发展路径分析OACHSSCD

Standardization serves as the core driver for high-quality regional development,and plays a critical enabling role in overcoming the transformation bottlenecks of old industrial cities.Taking Huangshi City as a typical case,this paper combines methods of literature review,field research,and data statistics to systematically sort out the current status and practical outcomes of standardization development in its industry,agriculture and service sectors.It further delves into key issues,such as incomplete standards system in key industries,weak management of enterprise standards,uneven distribution of standards,and insufficient support capabilities.On this basis,a four-dimensional response framework is constructed—encompassing an open innovation ecosystem,a unified market hub,targeted breakthroughs in industrial standards,and capacity enhancement initiatives—to provide practical references for similar old industrial cities to achieve industrial upgrading and regional coordinated development through standardization.
